The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) requires all businesses who collect and use personal information, to do so in a manner that protects your privacy and rights.  The GDPR covers the processing of all personal data. 

Notes taken during our discussions will be shredded after use.  Typed scripts will be held in secure computer files and printed scripts will be destroyed after use, except for your personal copy at the end of the ceremony.

Any personal details or family details shared with me are solely for the purpose of preparing and writing your ceremony, which you will only see and approve following receipt of the final payment.  This does not affect your rights to make further amendments within the bounds of the time constraints.  A final cut off time to be determined as being XXXXXXXXprior to the ceremony.

Your data will never be shared with anyone who is not connected to or involved with your ceremony unless it is with your written consent.  I will treat your data with the utmost care and will only use or share it for the purposes agreed with you in advance.

​All personally identifiable data will be destroyed after six years of your ceremony taking place.

​I will not give your details to any third party, except at your request, or where required to do so by law in respect of any legal proceedings or investigations.
